Reminder to myself to make these again... 🥣🥛 cereal milk cinnamon rolls. Recipe @ averageariel.com
#sponsored || Love the Farmland ❤️ I am so excited to team up with @cascadianfarm and @thefeedfeed on their journey to the critical foodshed of my home, the Sacramento Valley! Cascadian Farm is partnering with The Nature Conservancy to protect our precious, natural resources like wildlife habitat and groundwater to help farms become more resilient. Farms provide ecosystems above and below ground. By supporting Cascadian Farm, you help support restorative projects like this – in this case, helping to build resilience across more than 600 acres, 1 sq ft at a time. Will you join us in restoring 25 million square feet?
🌀 Pillowy soft Hokkaido milk bread, King's Hawaiian style 🍍🍞🍍 recipe on my blog @ averageariel.com
Like for cha siu, comment for siu yuk ⬇️⬇️ Celebrating #culturewithinourfood today with @cosetteskitchen's virtual potluck! Here's my ultimate comfort plate - Cantonese cha siu on rice with blanched choy sum. I marinate pork shoulder strips overnight in light soy sauce, Shaoxing cooking wine, Chinese five spice, white pepper, hoisin sauce, fermented bean curds, sugar, molasses, honey, and garlic - before a good roasting and glazing sesh in the oven ♨️

Recipe below for steamed tofu with a tangy, garlicky sauce 🤤 This sauce is so good on steamed eggplant too 🍆
