Steak with Salt & Vinegar Hasselback Potatoes

Salt and vinegar, the best flavors to grace potato chips. I baked these red potatoes in the oven, liberally brushed with olive oil, at 400°F for about 40 minutes. Halfway through, I seasoned them with lots of salt, pepper, and thyme. Right before serving, I drizzled the potatoes with apple cider vinegar. Try this. Now.
