Pumpkin Pop Tarts 

I never had Pop Tarts as a kid. It wasn’t until high school when I discovered the magic of a frozen, s’mores Pop Tart. 

To make these glorified Pop Tarts, I used a basic pie crust recipe and filled them with pumpkin puree, neufchâtel cheese, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, and an egg. The best part, as with any Pop Tart, is the icing.
