I really messed this one up. I will never make pumpkin pie again. I don’t even like pumpkin pie! Not only did overfill them, I accidentally steamed them instead of baking them (I placed the extra filling in a ramekin and cooked it in a water bath in the same oven as my pies…).
Cracks ,cracks everywhere. But nothing that a big dollop of maple whipped cream can’t hide.
