Can't believe they named this market after my favorite coffee 🐟

🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟 1. Poach sockeye salmon in a mix of water, sake, lemon, carrot, celery, and fennel stalks. 2. Shave fennel bulb and cucumber and toss in a vinaigrette made of rice wine vinegar, honey, lemon juice, mustard, and olive oil. 3. Dump on top of plain Greek yogurt mixed with lemon juice. 4. Drizzle with olive oil, fennel fronds, and Australian macadamia dukkah gifted from your Aussie fam.

When I went to the north shore of Oahu in 2010, I didn't have a smartphone yet and had no idea about the Giovanni's Shrimp Truck hype. Here's what I think the experience would've been like 😭 || To make this, I lightly coated about 25 deveined shrimp in a mixture of flour, paprika, cayenne, and salt.
