🎂 Not a cake decorator, just got a lot on my mind. Here are some of the accounts that amplify Asian American voices when mainstream media won't. Send your favorite accounts my way and I'll add them to this list.

My fam is doing Lunar New Year dinner today and I'm making leen goh (aka nian gao in Mandarin), a classic new year dish. If you've never had these rice cakes, @thewoksoflife describes it best - they're like giant chewy discs of noodle 🍚
